SmartSuite and Make Invitation

Step 1: Go to Make.com.

Step 2: Navigate to "Organization Settings".

Step 3: Change the Organization Name to your email address (or something easy for us to identify).

Step 4: Click "Save".

Step 5: Go to "Users":

Click "Invite a User".
Put in our email address: hello@bigmoves.io.
Choose "Admin" as our role.
Click "Save".

Step 6: Make sure to invite us to your SmartSuite Solutions/Base with solution creator permissions – hello@bigmoves.io.

Step 7: Provide us with the Make.com and SmartSuite URL below.

These keys act as authentication credentials, allowing only approved users to interact with our systems. To safely share API keys, we mandate using One-Time Secret, which provides a secure, one-time link to prevent exposure or leaks.

As part of Content Automation OS, we’ve set up automation that directly connects to major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. However, since adding us to every account would be cumbersome for all of us, the easiest option is for you to integrate each of your own social media accounts. Make provides you with detailed documentation on how to integrate each platform. Find them here and follow their instructions: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter).
